Jobgether is partnering to fill a Senior Customer Success Manager – APAC role, based in Australia. You will drive long-term customer success, retention, and revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise accounts in APAC from a remote base.

You will own NRR, renewals, and expansion opportunities, build strategic CS plans, guide onboarding and adoption, and manage executive relationships while coordinating with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver value and reduce churn.
