Levyl is partnering with a large, complex organisation to appoint a HRBP for a 12-month remote position, supporting a major transformation across multiple business areas. You will work closely with senior leaders and the People & Culture function to guide workforce consultation and industrial relations.

You will own a designated portfolio, coach leaders through change, interpret Enterprise Agreements and manage union engagement, ensuring activity progresses on time.
