Capricorn is seeking a Member Relations Officer in Perth to deliver responsive, high-quality member service by resolving account enquiries and managing cases through to outcomes. You will respond to phone and email enquiries, work within service levels, and escalate unresolved matters per the complaints procedure.

You will coordinate with Suppliers and internal teams to progress queries efficiently, keeping accurate records in CRM and Epicor.
