Junction Australia is seeking an Operations Manager, Youth Pathways to lead the Youth Pathways programs, ensuring quality, safeguarding and robust outcomes. You will coordinate staff, drive partnerships with DCP, Housing & Place and Aboriginal Advisors, and oversee placement pathways across metropolitan Adelaide.

Based in Tonsley/Salisbury with travel between sites, you will build capability, manage budgets and champion trauma-informed, youth-centered practice to support young people
