Northern Star Resources is seeking a Health & Safety – Critical Risk professional for a permanent, full time role on a 4/3 or 8/6 FIFO roster to support remote WA site operations. You will drive critical risk control standards, assurance processes, and risk management culture across sites, projects and exploration teams.

The role requires delivering governance, verification, and continuous improvement of health and safety management with site leadership, risk owners, and operational teams.
