We are seeking a reliable, organised and personable Practice Assistant to provide remote administrative support to an established clinical psychology practice specialising in psychological assessments, medico-legal reports and mental health services. This is a work-from-home position with flexible hours, ideally suited to someone with experience in medical reception, allied health administration or professional services. Key Responsibilities - Managing appointment bookings, calendars and client enquiries.

- Liaising with clients, solicitors and other referring professionals. - Preparing and distributing intake forms, questionnaires and consent documents. - Processing invoices,



payments and following up outstanding accounts.
- Maintaining confidential electronic client records and practice management systems. - Providing general administrative and secretarial support.

About

You - Previous experience in medical reception, allied health administration or a similar role is highly desirable. Position Details - Location: Fully remote - work from home. Occasional in-person meetings may be required.

- Hours: Approximately 8 hours per week initially. - Pay: $35 per hour - Schedule: Flexible working hours, with some availability during business hours for client communication. - Potential for additional hours as the practice grows.
