DFP Recruitment seeks an EL1 Service Delivery leader to oversee safeguarding advice coordination, risk monitoring and operational support for NDIS participants. Based in Robina, the role combines strategic guidance with hands-on team leadership in a hybrid setting.

You will steer complex safeguarding matters, manage workload, engage senior stakeholders and drive process improvements to strengthen the Agency's safeguarding capability.
