The Fetch team are seeking experienced Paste Fill Crew Members for a great opportunity with a key clients on WA minesites. Join hands-on teams, build your underground skills and take the next step in your career.

About the role:

- FIFO 7/7 roster based in WA, including some rotating night shifts
- Full-time permanent positions
- Positions with base + bonuses up to $138k + Super
- Install, maintain and repair underground paste fill reticulation and associated infrastructure
- Carry out quality checks on installations and complete daily inspection records and paperwork
- Support a safe work culture through hazard identification, risk management and incident reporting
- Work closely with site supervisors, technical teams and contractors
- Assist with other underground project work as required
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and performance

Experience Required:

- 12 months' experience in paste fill, service crew or similar underground support work




- Experience installing steel and poly pipework or reticulation
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with a high standard of workmanship and housekeeping
- Experience operating underground light vehicles and mobile plant, including completing pre-start checks
- Underground experience preferred but not essential
- Dogging or Riggers licence (or willingness to obtain)
- Working at heights ticket
- HR licence is preferable
- Manual driver's licence
- Robust work ethic, reliable attendance and a positive, professional attitude

Additional Requirements:

- Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
- Must have a valid drivers licence
- Recent contactable references
- Ability to provide a National Police Clearance
