Trainer Assessor - Health and Community Services

DP Training is seeking a trainer / assessor to join our Gold Coast team and support our expansion across a National footprint in addition to an International co-hort. This is a hybrid role, requiring campus days and online marking.

DP Training is a privately ownedRTOwhich delivers nationally-recognised qualifications within a variety of Training packages. We are currently seeking a highly skilled, qualified, motivated and passionate Trainers/Assessorto deliver training for the following qualifications;

- Certificate III Health Services
- Certificate IV Community Services
- Medication Skill Sets
- Career development workshops for care staff

The successful applicant would need relevant qualifications and current - industry experience in the qualifications they are to deliver, an EN/RN is preferred.

The applicant will need current industry experience in the field of delivery, a good understanding of RTO compliance, ability to engage students both Face to Face and via virtual facilitation.

We are seeking a trainer/assessor who wants to inspire students and supportthem in their journey on a new pathway.



The successful applicant should have a longterm planto be part of a company that will offer opportunities andsupport to the applicant to succeed in their chosen profession.

- TAE40110/TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Equivalent Certification or Higher for the Training to be delivered
- Experience in the application of VET Quality Framework requirements in an RTO environment
- Proven technological, communication and time management skills
- A passion for providing quality training
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Police checks are mandatory for some qualifications
- Driver's license and own vehicle
- Willing to travel (if required)
