Skilled Careers is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team in Northampton. You will manage development costs for allocated current-build housing projects, work with procurement to final accounts and ensure budget adherence.
You will produce cost-to-complete forecasts, commercial reports, and tender analysis, while negotiating subcontract packages and resolving commercial queries with site and technical teams.
