Challenge Community Services in Edgeworth, NSW, is seeking a casual Support Worker for Newcastle/Maitland Community Supports. You will assist clients with disabilities to build skills, confidence and independence through in-home and community activities.

Duties include helping with daily living, cooking, crafts, sport and outings, with some shifts in afternoons, evenings and sleepovers. You'll work under the SCHAD Award Level 2 framework and follow tailored support plans.
