National Workforce Pty Ltd in Tuggerah is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a busy Customer and Publisher Services team based in Tuggerah. You will deliver exceptional service to bookseller customers and publisher clients, build solid relationships and ensure requests are completed accurately within agreed service levels.

Key duties include liaising with customers, handling enquiries by phone and email, processing orders, returns and shipments, resolving issues promptly,
