Coles Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Customer Lifecycle Manager to define and lead our CRM, customer lifecycle, and 1:1 marketing strategy. You will oversee prioritisation of trade, brand, loyalty and broader communications, maturing personalisation through data, insights, experimentation and decisioning.

You will partner across Customer Communications, Loyalty, Digital, eCommerce, Data, Technology and Legal to strengthen martech capability and drive commercial value through CRM investments
