People First Bank in Ipswich is seeking a part time Member Experience Officer to greet customers and deliver high-quality service in the Heritage Bank Ipswich Branch. You will help with transactional needs, explain digital banking, and build rapport with customers to support their financial journey.

This fixed-term contract runs until January 2028, with a 39-hour per fortnight roster (Mon, Tue, Fri 9am–4pm) and occasional support for Springfield Branch.
