Hts is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to lead complex projects from initiation through delivery within a clinical trial setting. You will act as the primary sponsor contact and drive cross-functional teams to meet time, cost, and quality targets.

You will establish transparent client expectations, manage escalation paths, and ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
