Outcomes Connect Australia (OCA) is seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our cooperative team in Toowoomba, working with NDIS participants and their families. You will focus on enhancing quality of life, reducing behaviours of concern and promoting the rights of people living with disability.

You will work with clinical advisers, deliver evidence-based plans, and participate in ongoing PBS training with our partner institutions, while balancing adaptable, remote/community-based work
