About the Role

As a Teacher Aide in our Junior School, you will play an important role in supporting the learning journey of our youngest students. Working alongside teachers, you will assist with classroom activities, provide individual and small-group support, and contribute to a nurturing and engaging educational environment where every child can thrive. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students while being part of a cooperative and supportive school community.

About You

You will be an enthusiastic professional who demonstrates:

Have a genuine passion for supporting the learning and wellbeing of primary-aged students.





Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.

Work collaboratively as part of a team while also showing initiative and flexibility in a busy school environment.

Be patient, nurturing, and committed to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Previous experience in a school, educational setting or childcare

Certificate III in School Based Education Support or a related qualification is highly desirable

Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or ability to obtain prior to commencement

Must Hold (For Kindergarten)

Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or Care or equivalent

Completed the Foundations of Child Safety Training
