Uniting AgeWell Limited in Victoria is expanding its Home Care team and inviting caring, reliable individuals to help older people live independently at home. You will travel between clients' homes in the Whitehorse City area, providing personal care, social support, and light domestic assistance.

The role requires Cert III or IV ageing support or nursing transcripts, with availability across 3+ weekdays, and a commitment to protected, respectful, person-centred care.
