REA Group is hiring a Staff Security Engineer in Australia to own detection engineering within our detection platform. You'll shape standards and delivery across data flows, detections and automation, partnering with Product, Platform and Engineering to drive secure, scalable outcomes.

You'll lead cross-team initiatives, configure the detection stack, tune detections and build automated pipelines while leveraging AI-assisted tools to improve coverage and reduce false positives.
