St Andrew's Ipswich Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager to lead a 32-bed mixed medical and surgical ward with surgical focus. You will oversee daily clinical and operational management, supported by a team of RNs and ENs, reporting to the Director of Clinical Services to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.

You will shape workforce planning, budgets and governance, drive quality improvement, and promote evidence-based practice in a dynamic hospital setting,
