Funding.com.au is seeking an experienced Loan & Settlements Officer to join our Settlements & Discharges Team on the Gold Coast. You will manage construction loan drawdowns, assess variations, and prepare credit recommendations.

The role involves coordinating consents for second mortgages, discharges, and maintaining accurate loan data while building robust relationships with customers, brokers, builders and solicitors. A proactive team player is essential.
