Systems Administrator (Civil & Maintenace)

LCB Civil Pty Ltd is a privately owned and operated Civil Construciton, Heavy Haulage and Quarrying Operation located in Bundaberg, (QLD).

As part of ongoing expansion across our operations, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Systems Administrator to manage and support LCB Civil's operating systems, and data bases.

The role will play a key part in ensuring the Quality, Integrity, Reliability and performance of the systems that are imperative to the daily success of the company's operations.

Responsibilities of the role:

Update, maintain various construction, maintenance and safety databases and systems

Update and maintain company documentation and registers to main legislative and ISO compliance, and to meet client requirements

Assist with onboarding, inductions,



competency tracking and training record maintenance

Ensure documentation is filed and stored in alignment with internal governance requirement

Role Requirements:

Current QLD Drivers License

Previous experience in Systems Administration, ideally within Civil, Engineering or Safety

High level of computer and IT System literacy

Experience in systems such as Procore, Gearbox (or similar)

Robust time management and attention to detail

Attractive Salary Package and work hours/days are negotiable, determined by individual requirements, experience and qualifications.
