Empire Windows Pty Ltd in Brisbane & Gold Coast is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative – Lead Generation to drive prospecting of builders, developers and project managers. You will make high-volume cold calls, run email sequences, qualify leads and book meetings for the closer, who finalises the job.

Base salary plus uncapped commissions on meetings booked and jobs won, with room to grow into a full BDM role as the QLD business expands.
