Wellways is seeking Residential Youth Workers to provide trauma-informed care for young people in out-of-home care in Mackay, QLD. The role requires flexibility for sleepovers and shift work, with a robust focus on safety, documentation and collaboration with families and external stakeholders.

You will bring a relevant qualification (or be studying) and hold required clearances (Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening, Police check).
