Metrowest is seeking a commercially astute Building Maintenance Supervisor to lead field-based teams across general building upkeep and commercial fit-outs in Perth. This hands-on role requires solid technical knowledge, practical problem-solving and the ability to coordinate day-to-day priorities while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Reporting to the Building Services Maintenance Manager, you will manage scheduling, drive project delivery, and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
