Wide Bay Hospital & Health Service seeks a Senior Occupational Therapist to join Integrated Care Services in Bundaberg. You will deliver high-level OT clinical services within a multidisciplinary team and work autonomously across acute and community settings.

The role focuses on preventing avoidable admissions by supporting patients and families during transitions from hospital to home, with a comprehensive package including up to AU$162,378 p.a. and full time hours.
