We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Yard Hand to join our team at our Hazelmere Depot for an immediate start.
About the Role:
This is a hands-on position suited to someone who is safety focused, physically fit and takes pride in maintaining a high standard of presentation across vehicles, equipment and depot facilities.

- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Eager to learn and develop new skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining excellent housekeeping standards
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks
Duties may include:
- Detailing, cleaning and refuelling of vehicles
- Supporting workshop mechanics as required
- Inventory and general housekeeping duties
- General yard work, including labouring and manual handling
- Vehicle mobilisation and demobilisation
- Loading and unloading general freight
- General maintenance of depot grounds
- Managing basic paperwork and liaising with admin and scheduling team
Successful applicants will possess the following:
- Current Australian Drivers Licence (HR licence desirable)
- Current National Police Clearance (valid within 6 months)
- Construction White Card
- Hold a Forklift Licence (LF) or the willingness and ability to obtain one
- Reliable transport to and from work
- Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol testing
- Any additional relevant tickets and licenses (PTD, Fire Attack, First Aid)
