Available Roles & Pay Rates
- Operators: $36.00 - $45.00 /hour + penalties (depending on experience and machine)
- Roller
- HR Watercart
- 10-35T Excavator (bulk earthworks)
- 14-16 Grader
- 30T Moxy
- All Rounder Operators
What's on offer?
• Monday to Friday with some Saturdays
• Day works only
• 9-hour Days
• Work with established civil contractors
• Ongoing and upcoming projects with long-term potential
• Competitive hourly rates + penalties
What you'll do
• Contributing to major lifestyle, infrastructure, and subdivision developments
• Operating machinery in bulk earthworks and civil construction environments
• Working as part of experienced crews on large-scale projects
• Maintaining a strong focus on safety, productivity,
and quality outcomes
What you'll need
• Driver's licence (no restrictions)
• White Card
• Construction/civil experience
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project setting
• RIIs for machinery and experience operating
• Must be able to pass Drug & Alcohol test, Functional Assessment and Clean Police Check
