Lives Lived Well in Cairns and Shanty Creek/Mareeba region is seeking a Pre and Post Worker to support people at significant stages of their recovery journey, helping them access treatment, prepare for change and transition back into the community.

Based across Cairns and Mareeba locations, the role involves intake, assessments, counselling, case management and coordination with services, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 12-month fixed-term maternity leave contract.
