CITIC Securities International seeks a Sr. Support Manager, Trading Applications to join the Global OMS/EMS support team. You will handle L1/L2 requests from CLSA trading desks, clients, vendors, brokers and exchanges, ensuring smooth operations across markets.

You will coordinate with infra and application support teams globally, work in shifts for Asia/US/Europe, and drive EMS/OMS rollout initiatives while maintaining high service levels under pressure.
