Inspired Education is seeking an HR Advisor to deliver proactive HR support across Reddam House Schools and Early Learning Schools. You will partner with Principals and managers, guiding the employee lifecycle, workforce planning, and payroll during peak periods. This 12‑month fixed-term contract is based at the North Sydney head office.
You will advise on employment legislation, Enterprise Agreements, and policies, while ensuring compliance and positive employee experiences across campuses.
