CSIRO is seeking an experienced HR professional to join the Case Management team as a Specialist. You will provide expert HR advice and support end-to-end case management of complex workplace matters, including investigations into misconduct, discrimination, bullying and harassment.

You will assess risks, coordinate investigations, and deliver transparent advice to senior leadership while ensuring adherence to policies and employment law.
