Heidelberg Materials is recruiting a Quarry Supervisor for East Guyong Quarry, between Orange and Bathurst. You will supervise drilling, blasting, excavation, crushing and screening, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance and efficient production.

The role requires 5+ years in supervision, strong leadership and a valid heavy equipment certification, with in office outdoor work. You will develop production plans, monitor equipment performance, train staff and maintain records, while collaborating
