Primary Objective:
Provide leadership for effective delivery of all Motor Vehicle Registry (MVR) services in the Northern Territory, including urban, regional and remote offices as well as third party servicing partners. Effectively manage the MVR customer service team and lead the identification, development and implementation of MVR business and service improvement initiatives.
