As Senior Customer Insights & Strategy Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging your strong business acumen and technical skills to shape, influence and steer the direction. As an organisation with a strong emphasis on being data led, you will be leaning of your natural curiosity, ability to transform and interrogate large and diverse datasets and storytelling to translate this into clear and compelling recommendations for senior decision makers. What You’ll Do

- Assist in translating high-level business ambitions into actionable strategies
- Source, extract, analyse and transform large and complex data into actionable insights
- Play integral role in developing compelling and insight-led recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Providing commercial and technical support to the broader organisation such as Product, Pricing and Compliance
- Developing enterprise-wide data assets such as customer segmentation and CLV
- Identifying new opportunities from natural curiosity and thinking outside the box

Your Experience

- Relevant qualifications and experience in analysis and drawing insights
- Proven ability to extract, analyse and synthesise complex data from multiple sources




- Strong commercial acumen, communication and data storytelling skills
- Demonstrated stakeholder influence and ability to work cross-functionally
- Advanced SQL and experience working directly with large customer datasets

This role will suit an analytical and commercially minded professional who can work independently, navigate ambiguity and turn data into transparent recommendations. Industry experience in energy sector is not essential, but curiosity, initiative and commercial acumen are what matters most.
