Due to a strong pipeline of projects, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager with strong LV/MV capability to take ownership of site delivery across major, multi-million-dollar projects.

Your current role

As Electrical Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing electrical works throughout the complete project lifecycle, from installation through testing and commissioning to final handover.
You will provide strong leadership on site while acting as a key interface between customers, subcontractors, project teams and internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing electrical construction activities across major data centre and critical infrastructure projects
- Overseeing LV and MV electrical installations
- Managing projects through installation, testing, commissioning and final handover
- Coordinating electrical subcontractors, trades and project resources on site
- Maintaining high standards across safety, quality, programme and site delivery
- Acting as a key interface between the customer, project stakeholders and delivery teams
- Managing customer expectations and communicating programme, technical and site requirements clearly
- Identifying site issues early and driving practical solutions to keep projects moving




- Coordinating commissioning activities and ensuring systems are ready for successful handover
- Working closely with Project Managers, engineers, commissioning teams and external contractors

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful, you will bring:

- Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager, Electrical Construction Manager or similar
- Strong hands-on knowledge of both LV and MV electrical systems
- Previous experience delivering multi-million-dollar electrical construction projects
- Experience within data centres, critical infrastructure or similarly complex electrical environments
- Robust knowledge across electrical installation, testing and commissioning
- Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors and site teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- The confidence to interface directly with customers and manage expectations throughout project delivery
- Strong understanding of construction safety, quality and programme requirements
- Current electrical licence
- Current White Card
- Ability to commence from January 2027
