We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Waiter/Waitress. As a vital part of our front-of-house staff, you will play a key role in providing attentive service and ensuring guest satisfaction during their dining experience.

Responsibilities

- Greeting and Seating Guests: Welcome guests as they arrive, escort them to their tables, and provide menus. Assist guests with seating arrangements and accommodate special requests whenever possible.
- Order Taking: Present menu options, provide recommendations, and take accurate food and beverage orders from guests. Ensure orders are entered correctly into the POS system.
- Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately according to established service standards. Monitor tables and anticipate guests’ needs throughout their meal.
- Customer Interaction: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. Engage in upselling and suggestive selling to enhance the dining experience.
- Table Maintenance: Maintain clean and organized tables, resetting them efficiently between guest seatings. Ensure proper tableware, utensils,



and condiments are available for guests.
- Billing and Payments: Present bills to guests, process payments accurately, and handle cash and card transactions with integrity and confidentiality.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other team members to ensure seamless coordination and timely service delivery.
- Adherence to Standards: Follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and hygiene standards to uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar customer service role preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
- Basic math skills for processing orders and handling payments.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Food safety certification or willingness to obtain one is a plus.
