We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our dynamic team at the Golden Grove Health Centre in Wynn Vale, SA. This is a casual position with the opportunity to work in a family based general practice clinic, providing high-quality primary healthcare to our local community.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering comprehensive nursing care to patients of all ages, including health assessments, chronic disease management and health education
- Assisting doctors with consultations, procedures and treatments
- Administering medications, immunisations and other clinical interventions as required
- Coordinating the flow of patients through the practice to ensure efficient service delivery
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of nursing practices and patient outcomes
- Opportunity to get involved / drive clinical compliance
What we're looking for
- Current registration as an RN or EN with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a general practice or primary healthcare setting - preferred but not essential.
- Excellent clinical skills and a strong commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with the healthcare team
- Adaptable and able to work well in a rapid-paced, dynamic environment
- Australian work rights are required for this position
