Hays is partnering with a large organisation seeking an experienced Social Media & Digital Campaign Officer to join their communications team on a temporary contract until June 2027.
Your new role
In this role, you will take ownership of day-to-day social media and digital campaign activities, creating engaging content and supporting the delivery of broader digital strategies. You will need to be a proactive self-starter who can work independently, manage competing priorities and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.Key responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing social media campaigns and strategies

- Managing and moderating organisational social media channels

- Creating engaging digital content for a variety of audiences

- Coordinating content across multiple social media platforms

- Using scheduling, campaign and social media management tools

- Supporting digital campaigns across SEM, SEO and digital display

- Maintaining content through web-based CMS platforms

- Monitoring digital activity and performance through Google Analytics

- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role,



you will ideally have:

- A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience

- Demonstrated experience delivering social media and digital campaigns

- Strong content creation and copywriting capabilities

- Experience managing multiple social media channels and scheduling tools

- Experience using web-based CMS, social media management systems and design packages

- A strong understanding of SEM, SEO, digital display and Google Analytics

- Robust stakeholder engagement and communication skills

- Excellent organisation and the ability to balance competing priorities

- The confidence to work autonomously and hit the ground running
