Inner-City Brisbane | $110,000 – $140,000 + Super + Car
Are you an experienced Site Supervisor looking for your next opportunity with a growing residential builder?
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established residential builder seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee a mix of custom homes and townhouse projects across Brisbane’s inner-city suburbs.
This is a great prospect for someone who enjoys managing quality residential builds, coordinating trades and maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
The Role
- Oversee a mix of custom homes and townhouse projects across Brisbane’s inner-city suburbs.
- Manage projects from construction commencement through to completion and handover.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Monitor construction programmes, budgets and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with relevant building codes and WHS requirements.
- Manage client communication, variations and any on-site issues.
- Maintain accurate project updates and construction documentation using In office Companion.
About You
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within residential construction.
- Must hold a current QBCC Supervisor Licence.
- Experience overseeing custom homes, townhouses or similar residential projects.
- Strong trade coordination and subcontractor management skills.
- Good understanding of construction programmes, budgets and quality control.
- Confident communicating with clients, trades and internal teams.
- Experience using On-Site Companion will be highly regarded.
