We're seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead our submissions and pursuit function during an exciting period of growth.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a critical business function within a well-established business that delivers design and construction solutions for corporate clients across a range of sectors. You'll work closely with senior leaders to identify opportunities, develop pursuit strategies, and produce compelling proposals that help secure high-value work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leading the preparation and delivery of proposals, tenders, presentations and capability submissions from prospect identification through to contract award.
- Working across multiple stakeholders and business units, you will coordinate the pursuit process, manage resources, develop content, and ensure all submissions are delivered to the highest standard.
- You'll also take ownership of continuously improving bid quality, maintaining content libraries, refining templates, and implementing best-practice approaches to pursuit management.

About You

We're looking for an experienced bid professional who combines strategic thinking with exceptional project management and communication skills.





- 5+ years' experience in bid management, submissions, proposals or pursuit management.
- Experience working within consulting, professional services, property, design, architecture, engineering or construction environments.
- Proven success managing complex and high-value tenders.
- Experience leading and developing team members.
- Advanced Adobe InDesign skills.
- Outstanding written communication and editing capability.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Understanding of AI tools and processes
