Senior Draftsperson

I'm partnering with an established residential developer-builder whose seeking a technically solid Senior Draftsperson to lead documentation across townhouse and medium-density residential projects. You will independently take projects from Design Development through to Building Approval and Construction Documentation, delivering coordinated, compliant and construction-ready packages with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Produce full construction documentation sets from partial design development packages.
- Take ownership of full residential documentation and technical detailing, ensuring compliance with NCC, QDC and relevant Australian Standards.
- Produce practical, cost-effective and buildable solutions that minimise RFIs, variations and construction defects.
- Take ownership of deliverables, resolve technical issues independently and balance competing priorities across design,



approvals and construction documentation.

About You:

- Extensive experience across townhouse and medium-density residential projects.
- Highly experienced in producing full construction documentation packages.
- Advanced Revit skills.
- Experience within a developer-builder or design-and-construct environment highly regarded
- Strong understanding of buildability, construction sequencing, cost and compliance.
- Capable of working independently, having a proactive and autonomous approach.
