Senior Advisor – Environmental Strategic AdvisoryAbout the RoleAn opportunity for an experienced Senior Advisor to provide strategic advisory, executive coordination and science communication support within a key environmental science function.Working with senior scientific leaders, you will translate complex scientific, regulatory and policy information into explicit executive advice and coordinate priority briefings, governance and regulatory science matters.Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and quality-assure executive briefings, correspondence, decision papers and strategic advice.
- Translate complex scientific and regulatory information for executive audiences.
- Coordinate expert input on priority regulatory science and public health matters.
- Manage executive requests, priorities, deadlines, risks and escalations.
- Support committees, advisory forums and executive meetings.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement across government, research, universities and industry.
- Improve strategic advisory processes, workflows and reporting.
- Lead and support team priorities, workload and quality standards.

About YouYou will have experience in strategic, executive, policy or science advisory roles, with strong capability in:
- Executive briefings and strategic advice.
- Science and technical communication.
- Government, regulatory or scientific environments.
- Governance and stakeholder engagement.
- Managing competing priorities and sensitive matters.
- Team coordination and leadership.

Experience in environmental regulation, science, public health or government will be highly regarded.





Science Services Transition OfficerAbout the RoleAn opportunity for an experienced Science Services Transition Officer to coordinate specialist science services and support transition to a new operating model.You will connect stakeholders with scientific expertise, coordinate service requests and priority responses, and support effective and consistent science service delivery.Key Responsibilities

- Triage and coordinate science advice and service requests.
- Connect stakeholders with appropriate scientific specialists.
- Coordinate advice rosters and service continuity.
- Support specialist advice on sampling, analysis and interpretation.
- Coordinate responses to incidents and urgent regulatory matters.
- Monitor workloads, risks, priorities and delivery timeframes.
- Support science and laboratory reporting.
- Help implement new workflows, governance and operating procedures.
- Document processes and support knowledge transfer and handover.
- Maintain effective stakeholder communication throughout the transition.

About YouYou will have experience in science service coordination, environmental regulation, laboratory services, scientific operations or project/transition coordination, with:
- Strong stakeholder and coordination skills.
- Experience managing competing priorities.
- Confidence working with scientific and technical specialists.
- Strong reporting, documentation and recordkeeping skills.
- Experience supporting change or transition activities.
- Clear written and verbal communication.

Experience within environmental science, regulatory services, laboratories, government or public health will be highly regarded.
