We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Supervisor to join our team at Melbourne Airport.

Reporting to the Station Manager, the Station Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, coordinating workforce allocation, ensuring customer service standards are achieved, and maintaining compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and allocate staff resources across airport operations.
- Monitor operational performance, productivity, and labour budgets.
- Lead, mentor, coach, and develop team members.
- Conduct quality audits and ensure compliance with cleaning specifications and company standards.
- Manage operational challenges and make strategic decisions to support on-time performance.
- Prepare reports and administrative documentation.
- Promote a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS, Airport Security,
- Biosecurity, and Airside Driving requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

- Previous Coordinator or Supervisory experience.
- Solid leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven experience managing performance and achieving KPIs.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving,



and decision-making skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.

Requirements

- Ability to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
- Willingness to undergo a police check and pre-employment medical
- Full working rights in Australia
- Reliable transport to and from Melbourne Airport
- Australian Drivers Licence
