As Procurement & Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing purchasing, supplier relationships, inventory planning, and logistics operations across the business. Success in this role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, commercial awareness, and the ability to proactively solve supply chain challenges. You will become an expert in our products, suppliers, and operational requirements, ensuring materials and products are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and delivered on schedule. This is a hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements and directly influence business performance.

Key responsibilities

Preparing and managing purchase orders for both stock replenishment and customer projects.

Monitoring inventory levels and maintaining optimal stock holdings.

Tracking supplier lead times and proactively managing purchase order delivery schedules.

Liaising with suppliers, freight providers, customs brokers, and transport companies to ensure smooth product movement.

Coordinating inbound shipments and customs clearance activities.

Working closely with the Operations team to meet customer delivery expectations.

Identifying new sourcing opportunities and alternative supply solutions.

Negotiating pricing, terms, and service levels with suppliers and freight providers.

Managing supplier performance and resolving quality or non-conformance issues.

Maintaining accurate supplier, product,



and pricing information within company systems.

About you

Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or logistics coordination.

Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate favourable commercial outcomes.

Strong inventory management and stock control experience.

Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills.

High attention to detail and solid problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.

A proactive, self-motivated approach with a focus on continuous improvement.

Competency using ERP, purchasing, or inventory management systems.

Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
