Pazzi Per La Pizza is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to run our busy takeaway store at Melbourne Central. You will be responsible for the store's day-to-day trading performance, its people, and its customer experience.
You will report to the Owner and lead a team of store staff. As the successful candidate, you will oversee operations, rostering, stock control, cash handling and customer service, while ensuring food safety and workplace standards are met.
