For over 30 years, Rapid Plas has been designing and manufacturing quality poly products for agricultural, commercial and residential customers across New South Wales and Queensland.

We are seeking reliable a motivated Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role suited to people who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in producing high-quality products.

About the Role

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will be involved in the day-to-day operation of our rotational moulding facility.

Key responsibilities include:

- Feeding raw materials into production machinery
- Following and completing production work orders
- Inspecting moulds and finished products for quality and defects
- Operating forklifts and lifting equipment (where licensed)
- Using a variety of powered and hand tools
- Cleaning and maintaining machinery and work areas
- Working safely and following all WHS procedures
- Assisting the team to meet production targets
