The University of Newcastle is seeking a Project Specialist to join the People Experience team. Based at Callaghan Campus, you will drive and support a portfolio of strategic people projects spanning organisational development, employee experience, workforce capability and process improvement.
You will work with leaders, HR specialists and stakeholders to design, implement and embed initiatives that deliver positive experiences for our people and advance the University's strategic goals.
