WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're seeking a Chef who is passionate about food, takes pride in their work and understands the importance of consistency, quality and teamwork.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience working as a Chef in a busy café, restaurant or similar kitchen environment.

- A strong commitment to preparing and delivering high-quality food consistently.

- The ability to confidently run a section in a fast-paced kitchen (highly regarded).

- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery.

- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

- A positive attitude and the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.

- The ability to take direction, communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a team.

- A professional presentation and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Availability on Sundays is essential.
