TLC Healthcare in Melbourne region is offering a trainee chance to gain on-the-job experience while earning. You will work a minimum of 3 shifts per week in an aged care setting over 12 months and study towards a nationally recognised Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) through TLC Learning.

This traineeship provides on-the-job learning, pathways to ongoing employment within TLC Aged Care homes, and eligibility requirements for Australian or permanent residency.
